About the Role

We are actively shaping and readying our data, and creating pipelines to automate, for our platform. Our platform provides enterprise customers with real-time and non-real-time ML predictions and outputs, as well as GenAI analysis and interaction. We are looking for help with the architecture and pipeline of our AI-ready data, ensuring that both GenAI and ML models can leverage high-quality, real-time data streams for workforce intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in making our AI systems smarter, faster, and more scalable.

We are a small start up, and this role will help to drive our product's AI quality. In addition to the above description, there is also opportunity to contribute to the ML models themselves as we are exploring several paths there to surface more types of probabiliites and projections. This is a rapidly developing product. And... we are very nice and fun to work with!
