PARiTA is a cutting-edge AI-powered Workforce Intelligence platform. We are pushing the boundaries of AI-driven decision-making by integrating predictive machine learning and generative AI (GenAI) at every level of the user experience. Our goal is to develop proactive, intelligent, and adaptive AI solutions that redefine HR analytics and workforce intelligence. We are seeking forward-thinking student AI engineers and technologists to help us prototype and scale the next evolution of our AI-first product and gain amazing learning experience in an innovative and cutting-edge startup.

About the Role

Contribute to our AI-powered application by developing fluid, high-impact user features that deliver value to our customer from day one. Improve the multi-dimensionality of the insights the platform provides and extend feature sets. This is a full stack development internship, but in a fluid, GenAI-rich, application. So it's both full stack dev and also GenAI management/architecture. Our stack is currently - node.js, react and also rails. However, there is opportunity to potentially develop in other front/middle layers and sit on top of our core. Looking for someone who has experience building user-facing feature and multi-tenant applications.

We are really fun to work with, and our product is developing rapidly and is fairly new in it's approach. This is an opportunity is to contribute to and impact a next-gen AI application that is providing value to enterprise organizations.
